Hi I'm Pjay Shrestha and for the past decade, I've been curious about how we can leverage the study of psychology and neuroscience to better understand how we can get more out of our lives and perform at our best. 

 

I believe that each and every one of us is born with an immense amount of potential and it's our purpose in life to unlock it. This is why it's been a personal goal of mine to share the resources I have found most useful to help others unlock their potential and to create a better world for ourselves and our children.

Over the years I've been fortunate enough to start multiple businesses and social ventures, win various awards in my profession and within the community, and be endorsed as one of the Federal Candidates alongside the Australian Prime Minister.
